NOTE: You must contact a representative in our returns department to help you decide whether your item is damaged, defective. or the wrong item. Simply returning an item to our warehouse will not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Wrong Item Received

We do our best to reduce the occurrence of wrong items being shipped out; however, mistakes are sometimes made in order entry or in picking the correct item from the shelves in the warehouse. If you think you have received the wrong item, please contact our returns department, and they will assist you in determining whether you did in fact receive the wrong item.

Once you have contacted our returns department and have determined that you have received the wrong item, they will assist you in processing the return or exchange. Once the returns department processes your claim, here is what will happen:


1) The correct item will be sent to you right away.

2) A call-tag will be sent to you either via email or USPS to return the wrong item.


You will need to return the wrong item in the original packaging or comparable packaging. If your return item is not received within 7 business days from the date you receive the call-tag, you will be charged for the replacement part or item that has been sent to you incorrectly.

Return of Damaged or Defective Items
Defective Item - this is a type of defect that is due to manufacturing.
Damaged Item - this is damage due to shipping or mishandling.

Defective Items: You will need to contact our returns department within 24 hours that you have received a defective item. Once you have contacted the returns department and have determined that you have a defective item, they will assist you in processing the return or exchange. Once the returns department processes your claim, here is what will happen:


1) A replacement part or item will be sent to you.

2) A call-tag will be sent to you either via email or USPS to return the damaged item.


You will need to return the item in the original packaging or comparable packaging. If your return item is not received within 7 business days from the date you receive the call-tag, you will be charged for the replacement part or item that has been sent to you.

Damaged Items: You need to notify our returns department within 24 hours that you have received a damaged item. If you suspect that your item may be damaged upon receipt from the shipping carrier, the safest and most effective way to return the item is to refuse the shipment from the carrier. If you have taken receipt of the damaged items and did not refuse shipment, we ask that you keep the original packaging and take photographs of the damage to the shipping box as well as the damage to the item.
